I was very pleased to read an article on Hey Sigmund today which specifies how mindfulness and exercise can be used to naturally treat depression (and boost mood in people who aren’t depressed). “Research published in the journal Translational Psychiatry found that when meditation and aerobic exercise were done together twice a week for eight weeks, the symptoms of depression reduced by 40%.
